BK-ProConstruction securely stores your data using the hosting services of a ISO27001 certified company, based in Ireland. A Data Processing Agreement with this company is in place, to ensure that all data storage and processing complies with the GDPR regulation.

Personal identification data provided through contact forms will be stored and used by BK-ProConstruction as long as necessary to perform the requested services.

Email addresses collected for e-mail newsletters will be stored for the duration of the subscription. You will always be provided with an option to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, your data will be removed.

Personal identification data you provide to BK-ProConstruction as part of a contract will be stored for the duration of your contract plus one year (for P&C) and keep financial related information on our records for 7 years as required by tax authorities.
