When you buy a house, apartment, or villa in Spain, it happens pretty often that the style is a bit outdated, the house is not even finished yet, or you just want to do a complete home or garden makeover. 

When we are contacted, we always come over to visit the property and listen to the ideas. Next, we’ll examine the current state of the property and take all the measurements. After that, we’ll create a 3D plan of the new situation to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it to and, also, importantly, that everything fits perfectly.

We'll come over to discuss your plans, take all the measurements and look at the possibilities.

With all the information, we start working on a 3D plan of your future property. We'll make sure all measurements are correct and everything you want to be there (from swimming pool to toilet) is in the drawing, so we can check everything fits properly.

When you're happy with the design and ideas, we're happy to help you find the right suppliers for everything you need, from tiles, to showers and kitchens. We know various suppliers that are trustworthy and deliver good quality products. If needed we can help to translate from Spanish to Dutch or English.

When we know what you want, where you want it and when you want it, we'll start working on a proposal (in English, Dutch or Spanish). Our proposals are as detailed as possible, so you know exactly what you're paying for. We will also communicate clearly about when we expect to start and finish your project.

After everything is clear and you're happy with the proposal, we'll start working on realizing your dreams.
